- Ability to bend up to 1 inch conduit.
- Indentured 1st year apprentice to 4th year level.
- Experience in commercial or industrial construction settings.
- Blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in fall protection and aerial work platforms (AWP).
- Experience working with conveyors or warehouse manufacturing electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Amazon builds.
Job Title: Apprentice Electrician
Job Description
As an apprentice electrician, you will play a crucial role in the YVR-6 Amazon project, working exclusively indoors. Your responsibilities will include pulling wire, mounting electrical cabinets and devices, and bending conduit up to 1 inch. You will be working with advanced electrical systems that are integral to Amazon's latest conveyor and shipping technology.

Work Environment
The work environment is collaborative, with a crew size of roughly 30 individuals, including about 20 contractors. The project is expected to run until the end of the year, with opportunities for high-performing individuals to stay on for testing and commissioning phases once installations are complete. Parking is conveniently located at the front of the warehouse, and the work schedule runs from 7am to 3:30pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $45.00/hr.
