      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the customization and configuration of Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications
      - Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to understand system requirements
      - Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches for accuracy and functionality
      - Provide end-user support by troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex problems
      - Assist in creating user guides and training materials for staff members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Entry-level position, no prior experience required
      - Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems is a plus
      - Strong communication skills to work effectively with clinical teams
      - Ability to document processes and maintain detailed records
      - Willingness to engage in training and development activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Epic systems or other electronic health record applications
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting or IT environment
      - Strong analytical skills for workflow analysis and documentation
