Here, you can find out exactly that! During your three-year apprenticeship as a chef, you will become a real professional in the kitchen and learn all aspects of the gastronomy industry.       What to expect:

      During your apprenticeship with us, no day will be like the other. You will get to know all areas of the kitchen and gradually become a pro in all the tasks of a chef:

      • Preparation and cooking of dishes in various kitchen areas (appetizers, main courses, desserts).
      • Receiving, inspecting, and proper storage of food products.
      • Learning and adhering to hygiene standards (HACCP) and safety regulations.
      • Supporting the planning of menus and food offerings.
      • Plating and presenting dishes for guests.
      • Handling kitchen equipment and professional materials.
      • Collaborating with the kitchen team and supporting other colleagues.
      • Participating in internal training sessions and meetings for further education.
      • Assisting with special events and buffets.

      What we expect from you:

      • You have a charming, authentic demeanor, a well-groomed appearance, and clear communication skills.
      • You have completed your schooling.
      • Good knowledge of German and English is a given for you.
      • Initial experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or service through internships or part-time jobs is a plus.
      • You are a true team player and love working in a team.
      • Creativity and a passion for hospitality come naturally to you.
