What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and administer financial systems, policies, and procedures
- Lead new initiatives in apprenticeship programming
- Ensure timely processing of apprenticeship financial reimbursements and invoices
- Provide project management and coordination with internal and external customers
- Offer technical assistance and support to apprenticeship stakeholders and DWD staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex written materials
- Experience analyzing, planning, and implementing a program or project in compliance with grants, laws, and policies
- Experience providing technical assistance or training on complex topics to individuals with limited knowledge
- Effective communication skills to achieve business objectives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and administering financial systems, particularly related to financial reimbursement
- Experience working with workforce development and employment training programs
- Experience collaborating with public and private partner agencies on projects or initiatives
