The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is in need of mature and friendly applicants to work as New Lifeguards this season. They will need to be able to pass a water screening test prior to being interviewed. We are looking for candidates who are attentive to detail, follow directions well, and have good time management. Our lifeguards are expected to be responsive to customer needs, communicate our policies of the pool clearly, and enjoy interacting with people.
The pay rate for this position is $16.00/per hour . CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package. Part-time benefits include a free Fit & Play membership, Wellness benefits w/Perks and some paid leave.
