      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage accounts receivable (AR) including analysis of aged AR and root cause issues
      - Oversee denial management by investigating sources and resolving appeals
      - Make independent decisions regarding claim adjustments and resolutions
      - Collaborate with internal teams and care center staff to support revenue cycle functionality
      - Drive achievement of department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate
      - Minimum of 3 years experience in a physician medical billing office
      - Strong understanding of revenue cycle performance and complex claims resolution
      - Experience with major payers such as Anthem, Medicare/Medicaid, United Healthcare
      - Required experience with Athena EHR

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting medical claims billing in DC/MD/VA
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sorting/filtering, formulas)
