      Arabic Interpreter

      Cromwell hospital, London SW5 0TU

      Bank Contract

      £15.18ph

      Part time – Occasional days (when needed) working from 2pm to 9:30pm

      Role Overview

      As an Interpreter, you will be required to provide a comprehensive interpreting service to patients throughout their stay at Bupa Cromwell Hospital

      You’ll help us make health happen by:

      • Interpreting medical and therapy sessions to a high standard and undertaking some written translation of patient information.
      • Ensure any feedback regarding appointments is given accurately to the patient.
      • Carry any additional duties that may be required on request from your direct manager with relation to the international patient centre.

      Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

      • Experience in a healthcare environment
      • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
      • Interpreting experience - Desirable
      • Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic
      • IT Literate
      • Assertive, articulate and polite
      • Excellent written and verbal communication
      • Excellent organisational skills
      • Good timekeeping but prepared to be flexible
      • Team player
