Previous supervisory experience preferred or a minimum of 6 months previous arcade experience.

Possess excellent guest service skills.

Ability to understand basic arcade game operation.

Ability to accurately complete detailed daily checklist.
The Arcade Supervisor should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of multi-tasking and be 100% focused on unparalleled Guest Service. Assist the Arcade Manager as needed and be capable of supervising and training a team with various experience levels and work backgrounds.
