What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD

- General knowledge of civil engineering and site design
- Ability to work at a high level of production while maintaining accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College Degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience with local zoning and building codes
- Proficiency in other design software such as Revit or SketchUp
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in architectural design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
