  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate directly with clients at their office
  - Work with JLL occupancy planners, architecture team, and design team
  - Mentor a team of CAD Technicians
  - Use AutoCAD to produce detailed architectural construction documents for multiple locations
  - Participate in the design phase, site survey, and due diligence phase
  - Develop schematic design drawings, design development drawings, and construction documents
  - Recognize potential problems and recommend solutions
  - Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements
  - Maintain documentation of all projects and drawings
  - Monitor quality, accuracy, and consistency of documents
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred, or certification with experience
  - 5+ years of experience in commercial space planning and construction documentation
  - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketchup
  - Solid time management and organization skills
  - Excellent communication skills
  - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  - Exceptional standards for quality and attention to detail
  - Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Revit experience is a plus
