      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Acquire, integrate, and process papers related to Health Care Affairs and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion clusters
      - Update and post two finding aids
      - Potentially update AAMCNews and COVID-19 collection in the digital asset management system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Attention to detail and strong verbal and written skills
      - Currently enrolled in a library science/archives or history graduate program
      - Some archival coursework or experience
      - Onsite presence required in downtown Washington, D.C.
      - Bachelor's degree may be substituted with related work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in archival work or related field
      - Familiarity with digital asset management systems
