      Area Customer Service Coordinator
      Bellevue, WA (onsite)
      12+Month Contract Temp to perm
      M-F 8AM to 5PM

      Overview:
      This key role supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and service delivery at various Managed Services Accounts within the Seattle/Tacoma metro area. The Area Customer Service Coordinator travels to customer locations to provide coverage for onsite team members during absences, training, or vacation. The role is mobile, dynamic, and requires a versatile skill set and strong customer service presence.

      Responsibilities:

      • Support daily contracted services at customer accounts across a geographical area.

      • Assist with new account implementations, service expansions, and staff onboarding.

      • Supplement onsite personnel during absences, including covering site management.

      • Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and Ricoh methodology.

      • Create and maintain a customer-focused environment and gather user feedback.

      • Perform inspections of site services and ensure procedural accuracy.

      • Travel to various sites and adapt to changing assignments daily.

      • Support development of Site Procedure Guides and best practice sharing.

      • Use tools to collect data and assist with Monthly Operations Reviews.

      • Communicate effectively with customers, end-users, and leadership.

      • Submit accurate monthly expenses and reports as required.

      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Requirements:

      • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.

      • Minimum 12 months of related work experience.

      • Valid, violation-free driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and required insurance.

      • Willing and able to commute up to 40–50 miles; may be rerouted mid-day.

      • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and network folder navigation.

      • Able to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs unassisted.

      • Ability to push/pull equipment up to 400 lbs (on wheels) as needed.

      • Must follow dress code: business casual, closed-toe work shoes, no jeans.

      • Flexible schedule; some locations open as early as 6 AM or close after 7 PM.

      • Parking ranges in cost per site; parking and mileage (over 15 miles each way) reimbursed.

      • Strong communication, adaptability, initiative, and customer service skills.

      • Must maintain positive working relationships and adapt to new environments quickly.
