What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor the financial performance of accounts to ensure profitability
- Administer personnel policies fairly and consistently
- Manage planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region
- Participate in the sales process to grow the region
- Lead and support positive client relations across districts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS Degree preferred
- Five plus years of contract foodservice management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Multi-unit experience is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in multi-unit management
- Knowledge of culinary, nutrition, wellness, and sustainability
- Familiarity with K12 education system
- Certification in food safety and sanitation
- Experience with menu development and customization
