- Guide and Inspire: Lead five unique venues-two boutique hotels and three upscale restaurants-by cultivating great experiences for guests and teammates alike.
- Shape Strategy: Partner with our owners and leadership team to craft long-term operational plans that honor our "yes" mentality, drive sustainable growth, and elevate every guest interaction.
- Financial Stewardship: Collaborate closely with each General Manager to oversee overall profitability-ensuring labor and COGS budgets are met or exceeded-and navigate financials in an ever-changing, challenging landscape.
- Marketing & Promotions: Develop and execute localized marketing, PR, and promotional strategies in conjunction with our Marketing Department to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. You'll coordinate and help run special events and activations at the properties, bringing our culture to life in the community.
- Nurture Talent: Hire for heart, coach for excellence, and create pathways for personal and professional growth within a community that truly values each individual.
- Hands-On Leadership: Be visible and active on the property during peak service-welcoming guests, supporting your teams, and reinforcing our standards of friendliness, delight, and promptness.

- Hands-On Leadership: Roll up your sleeves alongside talented restaurant and hotel teams-step in when needed, from peak service shifts to special events.
- Proven Multi-Unit Operator: 10+ years of hands-on experience in hotel operations, high-volume restaurant management, and culinary leadership-understanding every department from front-desk to kitchen.
- Financially Astute: Comfortable managing labor and COGS budgets, interpreting P&L reports, and steering profitability in a dynamic landscape.
- People Champion: Inspires, develops, and retains top talent through empathy, clear communication, and genuine investment in their growth.
- Field-Driven Leader: Thrives on walking the floors, tasting the menus, greeting guests, and coaching teams in real time-this is not a desk-bound role.
- Strategic & Creative: Balances data-driven decision-making with imaginative menu concepts, PR initiatives, and community activations.
- Tech-Literate: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Toast, Opera, Restaurant 365, Open Table, Paylocity, etc.
- Competitive Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 D.O.E., plus a substantial incentive program.
