  Who is your future team?

  The Southeast Marketing Team consists of 4 persons today, based out of the Fort Lauderdale, FL. and Atlanta, GA offices, with expectations of growing in the future. You will work with the Area Marketing Manager on strategy, coordination and execution of all events and other business area marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will reside in or be willing to relocate to the Fort Lauderdale, FL or Atlanta, GA area.

  What you’ll do as an Area Marketing Coordinator:

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador to ensure consistency in the Business Area

  • Coordination and execution of all offsite events and tradeshows, including but not limited to calendar/tour management, staffing, logistical operations, vendor management, catering, literature and giveaway sourcing and procurement, etc.

  • Act as the point person for all internal (Southeast Business Area) and external stakeholders (partners, end customers, venues, etc.)

  • Onsite support of events whenever required

  • Work within given project budgets, including committed spend, invoice processing, and cost accrual

  • Maintain and own event reporting by using Eventbrite and Salesforce

  • Manage event feedback and metrics, formatting for analysis and providing suggestions for future improvements.

  • Evaluate events and conferences within the designated sales region as potential opportunities for Axis presence

  • Strategize with the Area Marketing Manager and Area Sales Managers to create successful marketing initiatives for the local area

  • Additional marketing projects and duties (internal and external) as assigned

  • Event planning/hospitality experience

  Education and Experience:

  • 1 + year experience in marketing experience

  • 2+ year experience specializing in events

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation preferred

  • Expected travel time for this position is up to 25%.

  Pay Range:

  The approximate pay range for this location and position is $60,000-63,000 annually On Target Earnings / Total Target Compensation. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
