      Area Revenue Analyst

      General Responsibilities Include:

      • Assists with reporting as requested; may include month end reports, owner reports, ad-hoc sales reports
      • Compilation and distribution of daily pickup report
      • Assist with creation of presentations, as needed.
      • Assist with analyzing Revenue Management intelligence reports such as STR and OTA insights etc.
      • Generation of weekly Revenue Meetings report.
      • Ensure all daily and monthly data is submitted on time
      • Loads all rates including new configurations, GDS mapping, Direct Connect mapping, etc.
      • Daily monitoring of rate parity reports. Follow up directly with partners and within Synxis as needed to resolve all parity issues
      • Reconciles commission payment extract file on weekly basis and transmits to accounting for payment
      • Reconciles OTA invoices at end of month to ensure accurate commission payment
      • Handles incoming reservation calls for VIPs, Executive Office or customer service recovery.
      • Closely monitor reservation reports to ensure reservation-administration integrity in accordance with local SOP.
      • Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

      • Strong computer literacy, with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Voice Agent, SynXis Red, GHA OCM, OTA Extranets, Delphi, and Opera Preferred
      • Able to develop strong work relationships with both Clients and Colleagues
      • Self-confident, proactive, and able to prioritize and make effective decisions

      Physical Requirements:

      • Must be able to sit at a desk, walk and stand for extended periods of time
      • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch
      • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or transport up to 20 lbs.
      • Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, multi-line touch tone phone, filing cabinets, FAX machines, photocopiers, dolly and other office equipment as needed
      • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity

      Qualification Standards:

      Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

      Experience: 1-2 years administrative support experience, additional hotel front desk experience is preferred

      Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)

      The expected pay for this position is $70,000.
