Job Description:
Assists Outrigger Hotels and Resort's Waikiki Collection Sales Team with servicing group and catering business as well as group accounting. Provides high level of service to clientele and administrative support for property Sales & Marketing Department.
Previous experience in Hotel/catering Sales, and/or Group Reservations highly desirable; hotel operations experience and Delphi preferred. College degree in related field preferred. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Possess good initiative and ability to multi task in a busy work environment through proactive efforts. Excellent computer skills to include Word and Excel and Powerpoint.
