      What You'll Do

      • Oversee all sales function in the Area as relates to InterAx, H Series, TriAx, BX, GlasGrid, GlasPave and other assigned product sales revenue and gross margin
      • Define the required levels of promotional activities required by functional group (Area Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, et. al) for the Area
      • Collaborate with directors / VPs of allied business units to ensure goals and objectives are aligned company wide
      • Develop annual goals and strategic initiatives that are measurable and accountable
      • Develop and execute an annual business plan for the promotion and sale of Tensar Solutions
      • Partners with HR in giving guidance and direction to staff with regards to hiring, disciplinary action, development, goal formulation and performance reviews
      • Demonstrated proficiency in forecast methodologies
      • Prepare monthly reports for management related to individual detailer and over all team performance

      What You'll Need

      • A minimum of five (5) years of distribution and business management experience within the construction products industry. Preferable experience will include Marketing and selling engineered solutions
      • Five to ten years of proven sales management experience
      • Experience in selling value added engineered solutions

    Your Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Or Industry experience equivalence
