      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage Direct Sales Representatives in the designated region
      - Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships in office coffee, bars, restaurants, and specialty distributors
      - Generate leads and effectively manage a potential customer funnel
      - Coordinate and execute training and marketing project support for Java House accounts
      - Educate potential customers on liquid coffee and specialty beverage trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales or Business
      - Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits
      - Proven history of sales management experience and achievement
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing distributor relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience executing store-level retail programming
      - Experience driving independent distribution and display penetration at retail
      - Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills with experience leading others
      - Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
      - Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
