What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all elements of Territory Management, including customer targeting, selling, closing, and follow-up with targeted accounts
- Collaborate with sales leaders and account teams to drive closure of opportunities and meet sales, orders, and margin targets
- Prepare materials for economic discussions to expand the employer's therapy offerings
- Coordinate and inspire the clinical education team and other colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide training to account team members on strategy and product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience, including at least 2 years in the dialysis industry
- At least 1 year of major account selling and marketing experience, preferably with commercial payors
- Must reside near a major airport (e.g., Sacramento, CA or Oregon)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 80 pounds and willingness to travel at least 50%

- Familiarity with sales funnel tools and economic discussions related to healthcare
