      Job Description

      • Take full ownership of the sales process, from lead generation and customer engagement to closing deals
      • Drive the entire RFQ/RFP process: prepare proposals, respond to technical inquiries, and confirm orders
      • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management
      • Ensure smooth internal processes to support sales activities efficiently
      • Use our CRM system to track opportunities and customer interactions
      • Support and expand our network of agents and distributors
      • Manage the sales and marketing budget for your territory
      • Actively implement and execute the regional sales strategy
      • Represent TOMRA at trade shows and industry events

      Qualifications

      • A degree is preferred, but more importantly, you bring relevant industry experience
      • At least 5 years of experience in the waste recycling or processing sector
      • A solid background in technical sales, ideally of large capital equipment or long-cycle B2B projects
      • Experience working with key account customers and in international environments
      • You are commercially sharp, customer-focused, result-driven, and entrepreneurial
      • Skilled in contract negotiation, with strong communication and analytical thinking
      • A confident and credible partner for senior stakeholders in the recycling industry
      • Passion for technology and enthusiasm for working with people
      • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
      • Willingness to travel extensively and an appreciation for cultural diversity
