Job Description

- Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, and support sales activities for both existing and new projects in the field of ophthalmic diagnostics & therapy and microsurgery
- Offer personalized on-site support to customers during the sales process, ensuring efficient and competent service
- Analyze market trends, present our comprehensive portfolio, and articulate the benefits of our solutions, organization, and products through presentations, demonstrations, and cost-benefit analysis
- University degree in Business Administration or Technology or similar education, ideally in the medical field
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in sales of devices, ideally in the medical field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solution oriented and analytic thinking
- Customer orientation and a passion for solving problems
- Very good knowledge of English language
- High willingness to travel, mainly in Romania
- Participation in a young and committed team
- Diversified and exciting tasks as well as cooperation with a wide variety of people and functions within ZEISS
- Possibility to travel to customer site directly from home office
- Laptop and modern equipment
