- Welcome, direct and provide hospitality to guests, visitors, investors, and business associates at the main reception desk of the Climate Pledge Arena Administrative Office.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Answer & triage phone calls that come through the Reception Desk phone line
- Support Arena GM, Director of Arena Administration, and the People and Culture team in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Executive Office team as necessary.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and departmental needs, ensuring budget compliance.
- Order and maintain inventory related to the Administrative Office, such as snacks, beverages, coffee, etc.
- Oversee scheduling, tidiness, stocking, and overall readiness of reception area, conference room(s), kitchen, office supply closets, and storage area utilized by multiple departments.
- Assist the People and Culture team with recruiting and onboarding, and other employee events.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the various full-time and part-time roles within the organization – both filled and actively hiring.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an expert ability to present and discuss new ideas and concepts.
- Proactive cross-organizational collaborator with excellent customer service skills.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Must be adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A high degree of discretion, personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.

- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field – strongly preferred, not required.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or office coordinator in a related field – highly desirable.
- Experience with large-scale events in a stadium or concert setting of a similar size (18,000 seats) – highly desirable.
- Someone who is passionate about Seattle and the region and what the venue brings to the area as a vital cog in the sports and entertainment industry.

- Typical Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm schedule, unless otherwise arranged. Occasionally may be asked to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays.
- Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.
- In accordance with the Washington State Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the expected base pay range for this position is $20.00-$30.00/ hour. Actual base pay will depend on the employee’s experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- This role is classified as full-time, non-exempt.

Position Summary:
The Arena Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative support tasks within the Climate Pledge Arena administrative office to support daily operations. Primary duties include being the voice behind the Arena switchboard, transferring guest phone calls to various employees and departments, and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings in the administrative office. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will exhibit a welcoming demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and ability to think on the fly.
