What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development of solicitations and related documents
- Manage BAA proposals and negotiations
- Coordinate within the mission office for cost proposals and technical evaluations
- Support ARPA-H's mission offices
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contract specialist role
- At least 1 year experience supporting DARPA or related Federal “ARPA” agencies
- Experience working with OTAs, grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General knowledge and experience with acquisition awards such Cooperative Agreements and Other Transactions
- Experience in an R&D environment
- Experience supporting federal or commercial health agency/organization
- Knowledge of the biomedical research landscape
