  The role is opened to continue our daily milestone in serving our patients & partners and give them the highest level of support & partnership which is aligned with our daily mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. For this role, you will be expected to be in Romania.

  Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products
  • Planning and prioritizing clinical, technical and education programs with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups
  • Providing implant support to the clinical team in the catheterization laboratory / operating theatre and by providing technical support to the customers both before and after the implant of the device
  • Providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request
  • Organizing and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team together with preparation of study material and plans
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process
  • Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement

  Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Technical background - degree in Engineering, Bioengineering or Life-science, or another relevant advanced degree or qualification.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of people and personalities, in a professional, high-pressure environment.
  • Able to work in an operating room environment
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • A clean valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in English – at least B2 level proficiency
  • Availability to travel in the whole Romanian territory

  Cardiac medical device experience and/or Cardiac Electrophysiology and previous training/education experience are desirable.
