      INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD DURING WEEK COMMENCING 17TH NOVEMBER 2025

      Harness North Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking a highly motivated, newly qualified General Practitioner to join our team under the ARRS scheme. This fixed-term salaried position offers a unique opportunity to work solely at Wembley Park Medical Centre -a large, forward-thinking and high-achieving training practice in Northwest London.

      Main duties of the job

      We have structurally designed our workflow to protect your clinical time and minimise administrative burden This is a role built for modern, efficient, and enjoyable General Practice:

      • Protected Clinical Time:Sustainable session structure with only 14 clinical slots in a 4 hour clinic. Time built-in to focus on the complexity of patient care.

      • Minimal Tasks:High-volume correspondence managed by accredited AI software and a Workflow Team. You'll receive a maximum of 2-3 tasks daily escalated from letters.

      • Minimal Labs:You only action a few labs daily; the vast majority are managed centrally by the workflow team.

      • Admin Support:Full, dedicated administrative support for processing all referrals.

      • No Routine Scripts:No routine prescription workload managed by our dedicated Pharmacist Team.

      • Minimal Home Visits:required, ensured through fair and equitable allocation of all work across the practice team.

      1. Comply with the GMC Code of Conduct

      2. To provide high quality clinical care to patients through face to face, online and telephone consultations

      3. Make timely, clear, computer-based records of consultations and contact with patients.

      4. Maintain administrative records relating to the practice contract, enhanced services and QOF.

      5. Contribute to providing a supportive environment for other staff through informal catchups and contact.

      6. Attend and contribute to in-house meetings, including clinical, educational/training-related and administrative meetings.

      7. Attend meetings and events held by external agencies and stakeholders.

      8. Liaison with clinical pharmacists and other attached ARRS staff

      9. Practise evidence-based medicine, in line with national and locally agreed guidelines.

      10. Prescribe in line with local and national guidelines.

      11. Work with the GP Clinical Supervisor and Practice Manager to drive innovation and clinical development.

      12. Act as a mentor and positive role model to other members of staff, sharing information and good practice.

      13. Prioritise own workload and collaborate effectively with others to prioritise team and practice workload.

      14. Keep a portfolio and potentially develop a special interest.

      15. Undertake training as required to ensure competencies for delivering all responsibilities, to meet personal, statutory and practice education and learning needs, including keeping records of learning, complaints and feedback.

      16. Keep up to date with current evidence-based approaches to patient care and service delivery, in line with NICE and the National Service Framework
