What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily operations of the ARS Claims Department
- Lead claim team in cost containment, case file handling, and customer service
- Monitor workflows to maximize accuracy and efficiency
- Develop unit goals, objectives, processes, and systems
- Stay updated on changes in workers’ compensation statutes and case law
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7 years of experience in a claim environment
- 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in claims
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to workers’ compensation insurance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills
- Previous workers’ compensation claim management experience
- Certification or progress toward certification in a related field
