Create high-quality and visually engaging graphics and visuals for weekend service experiences, social media content, campaigns, web design, and more.

Help execute design and layout concepts that are clear and concise.

Support ministries and campuses with creative requests including signage, branding, and events.

Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and our audiences.

Ensure all design materials adhere to the established brand guidelines of Milestone Church, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all platforms and campuses.

Speak into the evolution of our brand guidelines as we grow.

Work closely with the Communications team, other departments, and campuses to understand project requirements and effectively translate concepts into visually appealing designs.

Collaborate with other designers to assist in their skill development through projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines.

Continually study industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design to continuously enhance skills and stay relevant in the field.

Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide direction.

Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Ensure that the team's work meets quality standards.

Implement quality assurance processes and procedures.

Build and maintain a high-performing team.

Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Must possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles, methods, and practices, as well as all phases of production, layout, and design including pre-production preparation.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.

Full understanding and experience with Adobe Software Products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as other design software.

MAC experience and basic Microsoft Office applications.

5+ years of experience creating and designing marketing materials in a related field.

A Bachelor's degree, certificate, or college coursework in a related field is a plus.

Strong portfolio illustrating a wide variety of design solutions and applications.
