Position/Job Summary

Poses in the nude for art classes; the instructor provides directions.

Supervision

The position reports to the Art Department Administrative Assistant and will receive guidance and direction from Art Department faculty and Chairs.

Position/Job Responsibilities

• Poses in the nude for art classes; the instructor provides directions.
• Poses in the nude for drawings and paintings by art classes.
• Receives instruction on positioning such as standing, seated, prone, etc.
• Performs gesture or quick poses for up to three minutes.
• Maintains position over long periods of time.
• Assist in related class duties.
• Performs related work as assigned.

Position/Job Qualifications

Previous experience helpful but not necessary.

Work Environment

Most of the work of the incumbent is carried out within a generally accessible, safe, indoor environment.
