What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with senior consultants and business partners to identify AI opportunities and explore solutions using human-centered design methods
- Facilitate the design and testing of proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Support the translation of proof of concept into scaled use, focusing on change management and project management best practices
- Assist in creating and managing portfolios of AI opportunities, supporting ongoing prioritization and value capture
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- 3 years of experience orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, data science, or a related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified Change Management Practitioner
