      We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our Fremont office, CA.


      Primary Responsibilities

      • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of hardware equipment and software environment of the company's global innovation center, logging in to customer accounts and scheduling and managing test resources in the innovation center
      • Assist the local pre-sales or sales team to demonstrate client-oriented applications around AI product solutions
      • Based on the industry's mainstream commercial, open-source AI architecture, key technologies, and application scenarios, supporting the testing and verification of customer applications
      • Connect with local partners or client products and technologies, and verify and output relevant solutions around the innovation center
      • Self-motivated, with the ability to proactively take initiative and work independently or within a team environment
      • The ability to work with engineers across multiple disciplines, as well as customers of various positions including executive-level interaction
      • Provide technical support to customers and configure services
      • Assist customers to understand all products and perform demos for various field applications
      • Onsite support and the ability to travel are required


      Qualifications

      • Master's degree with 3 years or bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in computer, automation, mathematics, physics, material science, meteorology, oceanography, life science, fluid mechanics, and other related majors
      • Familiar or proficient in Linux system, familiar with Python or other common programming languages, etc., understand technical software development environment, tools, etc.;
      • Familiar with computer hardware, understand hardware architecture and internetwork, storage, file system, etc.;
      • Familiar with mainstream AI frameworks such as Tensorflow and Pytorch, familiar with common computing software, such as molecular dynamics, material science, industrial simulation, and other software, understand GPU-related knowledge, experience in GPU cluster system use and management is preferred
      • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with teams from different regions and culture
