- Network Planning and Design: Create low-level and high-level designs of network solutions using Aruba Silver Peak SD-WAN using industry best practices.
- Implementation and Optimization: Lead and guide the project team for the planning and implementation of network solutions, including switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network hardware appliances as needed.
- Configuration and Troubleshooting: Guide and provide technical expertise to the operations team to perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of customer-managed hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Monitoring and Research: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed. Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to stay updated with developments in the networking industry.
- Migration Activities: Support and lead migration activities from a technical perspective, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Technical Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of IP communication and routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), network control protocols (QOS, PfR, PoE, NTP, DHCP), network management protocols (CDP, FTP, VCMP, SNMP), and security protocols (SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec, TrustSec).
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to ensure successful project completion.
- Experience: More than 10 years of experience in network architecture, with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically in designing, deploying, and implementing Aruba Silver Peak SD-WAN solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in various SD-WAN technologies like Viptela, Versa, Meraki, Silver Peak, Aruba, Cisco SD-WAN, and Velocloud.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in networking and SD-WAN technologies are preferred.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aruba Silver Peak Architect to join our team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SD-WAN solutions using Aruba Silver Peak technology. This role requires extensive experience in network architecture, Aruba Silver Peak SD-WAN technologies, and the ability to lead operations and migration activities from a technical perspective.
