- Manage Dealer Support Center inquiries under the direct supervision of the Sr. Analyst.
- Create detailed presentations on competitive analysis, product proposals, and product analysis projects.
- Assist in distribution of the monthly/ quarterly reports to measure program sustainability. Request ad hoc audit reports on claims and adjust warranty controls as needed. Recommend strategies and campaigns in alignment with overall business area goals based upon results of analysis.
- Assist with creation of all marketing and training initiatives to ensure products are provided adequate exposure. Ensure dealers are provided training on products and best practices for successful sales performance.
- Assist with renewal of annual state registrations and coordinate with outside legal counsel to ensure there is compliance across all states.
- Work with the team to manage pricing models to ensure products are up to date and risk is mitigated against rising claim expenses.
- Support programs that improve dealer’s operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by assisting on the development and deployment of service department tools and programs that create a progressive retail environment by leveraging service menus and other presentations of service content.
- Manage and track ticket progress with IT colleague counterparts. Attend bi-weekly status update meetings.
- Junior or Senior in Bachelor’s program (preferred programs: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Finance, Marketing, or related field)
- Available from March 2025 to September 2025
- Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per week
- Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
- Oral and written communication skills in English
