- Field Based Position - Multiple locations throughout New York City
- Oversee a team of inspectors
- Preform lead and asbestos inspections
- Report writing
- Collecting Data
- Prepare Environmental Reports
- Assist in overseeing a team of inspectors and delegating tasks
- Assist with coordinating site meetings and scheduling field operations
- Work with Management and interface with Clients
- Oversee construction projects to monitor progress and ensure conformance with approved work plans, engineering plans, specifications and construction and safety standards.
- Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and environmental data
- Subcontractor Facing
- EPA Lead Inspector
- Asbestos Investigator/ Inspector
- Risk Assessor is a plus but not required!
