      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review medical records thoroughly to abstract and code facility and physician professional services and diagnosis codes
      - Follow Official Coding Guidelines for assigning appropriate ICD-10 CM and ICD-10 PCS codes with high accuracy
      - Provide documentation feedback to clients and account managers
      - Maintain coding reference information
      - Resolve pre-accounts receivable edits and identify repetitive documentation problems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - AHIMA or AAPC Certification required
      - 3+ years of experience in healthcare medical coding, with Pro Fee experience
      - Proficient knowledge of ICD-10 CM and ICD-10 PCS
      - Professional level skills in MS products such as Excel, Word, Power Point

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in multi-specialty coding
      - Familiarity with FQHC coding
      - Strong critical thinking skills
      - Experience with remote work setups
      - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
