      The opportunity

      Asean Consulting Market Operations is responsible for supporting the Asean Consulting Service Line and ensuring the smooth functioning of Market Operations within the organization. We work closely with Partners, Pursuit Leaders and any Representatives within a Pursuit Team, and other Functions Business Partners to streamline processes, improve efficiency, maximize sales performance and pipeline adequacy.

      Responsibilities

      1. Upkeep sales and pipeline data
        • Follow up with Market operations and Pursuit teams to ensure optimal hygiene for Sales and Pipeline data.
      2. Manage Sales and Pipeline data
        • Work with Global Reporting Team on availability of weekly Sales & Pipeline data.
        • Coach and Supervise off-shore resources on weekly cleansing of Sales and Pipeline data.
        • Refresh Sales & Pipeline dashboard weekly for insights into sales and accounts performance and pipeline adequacy.
        • Identify and Analyze cause of discrepancy in data before reviewing with Asean Market Ops Leader.
      3. Forecast Collection
        • Follow up weekly with respective markets on forecast collection and update the Sales & Pipeline Dashboard accordingly.
        • Track Week-over-Week changes in deals to the opportunity level for forecast analysis.
      4. Executive Reporting
        • Generate Regular Sales & Pipeline Reports and Dashboards (Weekly and adhoc on request)
        • Support the preparation of Asean Consulting Review decks
      5. Singapore Consulting Market Ops
        • Support the upkeep of Singapore Sales & Pipeline Tracker
        • Backup for SG Consulting Market Ops
      6. Deals Approval Governance Process
        • Process owner for Asean Deals Approval Governance Process
        • Coach and Supervise off-shore resources on weekly follow up with Pursuit teams for Deal approval process.

      Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

      • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
      • Two years of operations experience preferred
      • Strong in Excel (Pivot) and Powerpoint
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Proficiency in CRM systems and Dashboards
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
