What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and install company's proprietary Software on various hardware equipment
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable troubleshooting support via phone, email, and in person
- Ensure timely and accurate setup of all systems
- Monitor chat sessions to assist team members
- Test systems to ensure functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of experience
- 2+ years of Networking Experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX for initial training
- Strong work ethic
