What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform preliminary walk-around surveys of the plant’s crushing equipment to identify maintenance problems and preventive maintenance items
- Initiate and manage the entire plant’s start-up and shutdown processes
- Monitor critical gauges and computer-generated information to maximize plant productivity
- Assist in preventive maintenance and repairs, including lubrication and clean-up processes
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization regarding plant operations and performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be capable of moving levers to regulate the flow of materials to and from various equipment
- Ability to navigate computer systems for troubleshooting and reporting
- Proactive in troubleshooting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Strong communication skills to relay information about plant operations
- Experience in a similar operational role within the construction or manufacturing industry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery or in a plant environment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control processes
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices for heavy equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
