- Participate directly as an active member of a client engagement team including conducting client interviews, collecting, and analyzing data, conducting benchmarking and best practice analysis, and developing client-ready reports.
- Work in collaborative team environment, sharing and gathering insight from diverse groups of consultants with a variety of expertise and experience.
- Manage and take ownership of individual workstreams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of output aligned with overall team deliverables.
- Present findings internally to project team, and potentially to clients (depending on project).
- Develop personal capability related to consulting skills, industry, and functional knowledge.
- Successful completion of first year graduate coursework.
- Relevant business/entrepreneurial experience or background. The ideal candidate may have experience with design thinking, HR operations, process redesign, technology evaluation, selection, and/or implementation, or general business.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
- Interest in diverse work assignments.
- Aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description
Aspirant is looking for a candidate to join our team for a 10-week paid summer internship.
As an intern at Aspirant, you will work in one of our practice areas that offer a broad range of services in strategy, transformation, and day-to-day operational consulting including specific focus in Organizational Effectiveness, Marketing & Sales, Operations, Technology, and Digital Solutions.
