• $16/hr + 2.25 Shift Premium
• Set shift schedules – Weekend Shift 1st Shift 6:00 am–6:30pm (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

• For starters, we value everyone’s ideas and inputs. We want all your talents. Part of your job will be helping us get even better at what we do.
• We assemble many of our products using different workstations. Our employees build, inspect, and maintain these parts. Bring them all together and we have a fantastic product!
• Our premier truck bed covers are made in many different materials giving customers multiple options. While wearing the right protective equipment, our employees sew, saw and assemble these top-of-the-line truck bed covers.
• Quality, Quality, Quality! Extang stands for quality. Every team member, at every station, ensures we remain the best at what we do. From the frame, to panels and seals, our truck bed covers pass through various stations where our team members spot and address any imperfections.
• Safety. This is very important at Extang. If it’s not safe, we don’t do it. We wear all necessary equipment to protect our eyes, ears, and all the rest.
• A lot of handcrafting goes into producing these terrific covers. Our jobs require some lifting, bending, and elbow grease.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing Experience a plus
• A work experience record demonstrating reliable and safe service to previous employers
