  Assembler – Dixon Quick Coupling
  Location: Dallas, NC | Full-Time | 1st Shift, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday

  We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble mechanical components and products according to blueprints and work instructions.   RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble mechanical components and quick couplings using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation.

  • Inspect parts and completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

  • Accurately record production data and follow established procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
