- Prepare assembly area with correct frames, hardware, and hangers according to work order.
- Verify materials match work order and assemble frames according to SOP.
- Palletize frames, cross rails, and hardware, ensuring all materials are accounted for.
- Interpret work orders, technical drawings, and blueprints to select correct materials.
- Perform secondary inspection of palletized orders to ensure correct materials and account for all parts.
- Package orders following SOP and record necessary shipping information.
- Band, wrap, and label pallets according to quality standards.
- Take photos of finished pallets and load them into the appropriate folder.
- Ability to move and lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Experience in labor, assembly, and production.
- Skill in using a tape measure and machinery operation.
- Experience with machine operation, including forklift, press, and shear.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual attendance is required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively.
- Prior work experience in production or manufacturing with large parts is preferred.

Job Description
The role of the Assembler involves crucial tasks in frame assembly, material picking and sorting, and quality checking and packaging. The assembler will be responsible for preparing the assembly area with the correct frames, hardware, and hangers according to the work order. The assembler will verify all materials match the work order, assemble accordingly, and follow the standard operating procedures for frame assembly. Additionally, the assembler will palletize frames, cross rails, and hardware while ensuring all materials specified are accounted for.

Work Environment
The position involves working indoors in a slightly dirty environment that is swamp cooled. The dress code requires steel-toed shoes from day one, with jeans and a long-sleeved shirt recommended for winter. The shift is from 6am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. Employees achieving production goals may leave early while receiving full pay.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
