- Competitive Compensation: Base hourly pay to start at $20.00/hour plus 15% shift differential = $23.00/hr
- Reduced Medical premiums – starting on Day 1

- Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts

Secondary Assembler- 3rd Shift - $23.00/hour

As an Assembler, you will work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands. These positions are available on our Light & Heavy Industrial Consumables Teams. You can contribute to our 100% Associate-owned company by participating in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase our shared profits.
