      Overview

      Position Summary: The ability to assemble various product and troubleshoot product assembled as needed.

      Responsibilities

      KEY TASKS

      • Communicate and work well with all levels of the organization.
      • Correctly assemble product.
      • Be a team player and effectively motivate associates to do their best.
      • Require minimal guidance from supervision and be self-motivated.
      • Ensure 6S housekeeping standards are maintained.
      • Troubleshoot non-conforming product.
      • Understand operations and set-up of all assembly equipment.

      Qualifications

      REQUIREMENTS

      • High school diploma and 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience.
      • Capable of performing most assembly jobs proficiently.
      • Maintain an exceptional attendance/performance record.
      • Able to correctly use micrometers, calipers, and other measurement devices as required.
      • Work safely as a condition of hire and employment.

      PREFFERED

      • A flexible work schedule.
      • Use moderate judgment to plan and perform work
