- Document received items as part of the receiving process.
- Perform manual factory resets on devices.
- Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units, identifying any necessary repairs.
- Execute Wi-Fi and elevated temperature tests.
- Complete cosmetic cleaning and repairs.
- Perform in-process quality control (IPQC) checks.
- Assemble kits and prepare modems for palletizing and shipping.
- Ensure parts are scanned accurately at every step of the process.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable standing for the entirety of the workday.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas.
- Experience in assembly, packing, and repair.
- Familiarity with test equipment and RF scanners.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience using power tools.
- General labor skills.

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive 12-step process to refurbish and prepare modems for shipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively with a team, and a willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas.

Work Environment
Work in a brand-new facility specifically built for our operations, featuring locker areas and a cafeteria with refrigerators and microwaves. Located conveniently in Elgin, IL, the site is easily accessible and close to amenities such as gas stations and restaurants. The role requires standing for the duration of the shift and participation in cross-training across various tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
