Title: Coating Specialist
Location: Houston TX
Duration: 0-12+ Months (Contract to Hire)
Shift: 1st Shift (M-F)
Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00/Hour on W2.
Duties:
Operates the coating booth applying thermal spray to complex gas turbine components per OEM drawings while maintaining safety as the top priority.
Performs quality inspections throughout the coating process meeting all engineering requirements to maintain the highest quality standards.
Ability to edit and write programs from scratch using FANUC programing.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent diploma.
8+ years’ experience.
Generally well-ventilated and well lit.
Exceptional coating/mechanical background.
Require ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other moving material equipment.
Superior knowledge of coating operations, coating equipment, fixtures, and parameters for the coating process.
Ability to work with no supervision and instruction.
