- Build cabinetry and components with team members using all available equipment, including hand drills and nail guns.
- Build to specifications.
- Maintain production and quality.
- Follow all safety rules and perform all duties in a safe manner.
- Active member of the natural work team.
- Ability to read tape measure and use effectively.
- Ability to read a move ticket and ALL its content.
- Must have good teamwork communication skills.
- Proficient using table saw or band saw
