This position is entry-level, no experience necessary
6+ months' previous factory/manufacturing experience preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Good math skills and reasoning ability
Ability to stand for an entire shift and maneuver around the plant
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently
Good hand strength with steady movement, good finger dexterity, repeatedly able to grasp small and large objects and rotate wrists, arms, and shoulders
Ability to train others and work well in a team-oriented environment
Ability to adhere to a strict safety regimen and maintain a safety-conscious environmentMaintain process flow for machining/assembling each part based on specific procedures and completing all daily production tracking reports accurately
Perform quality check inspections by measuring (gauging) part diameters, depths, external and internal grooves, etc. as required for the work cell (machining or assembly)
Demonstrate good understanding of all production-related documentation (e.g., PCC, Operation Sheets, SOS, FMEA, Key Point, Kan Ban, Flow Cards)
Demonstrate good understanding of TPM by checking all fluid levels in the machines (e.g., oil, coolant, etc.), and participate in scheduled TPM activities
Attend and successfully complete all operator training required for each Rank
May participate in investigations and suggest countermeasures
Train others when requested in areas where already achieved suitable Competency level
Strive daily to meet Department and Company goals and objectives; improve (Kaizen) machine processes, support team leaders and members, and maintain a safe working environment for all
Maintain strong attendance; knows and follows Company policies as directed by the Employee Handbook, the Safety Rules and Regulations, and the Quality Manual
Other duties required of the job and requested by a member of Management Team
Weekly pay starting at $14.50-$15.00/hr.

Pay Details: $14.50 to $15.00 per hour
