Job Purpose:
Assemble parts using a variety of tools and/or equipment according to required specification, processes and procedures in a Clean room Environment.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform epoxy and die eutectic attachment
Perform epoxy and substrate eutectic attachment.
Perform ribbon and wire bonding processes on a variety of machines
Perform mechanical assembly utilizing hand tools and equipment
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 to 4 years of assembly experience under a microscope
Read, understand and interpret drawing specifications and follow established procedures to assemble products.
Working under a microscope for 6 to 8 hours a day assembling microelectronics in a clean room environment.
Be part of a team to deliver quality products on time
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range(annual): $49,920 - $62,400 . Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
