NWS Professional Assembly is seeking candidates for the position of Assembly Technician. As an Assembly Technician with NWS, you will work on-site at our retail client, Lowes, assembling various products and displays. These include barbeque grills, wheelbarrows, toolboxes, patio furniture, lawn/garden equipment, and seasonal products.

At NWS, your performance is rewarded through our piecework pay model, allowing you to earn up to $30 per hour based on productivity. As you gain experience and improve your techniques, your speed and pay will increase.

If you're the handy person friends and family turn to for assembling barbeques or playsets, we want you to build for us!

Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing quality assembly and repair of products, following manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines.
• Offering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
• Checking in with retail management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generating and completing invoices daily.
• Reporting and communicating effectively with the Area Manager.
• Maintaining a safe and clean workspace, leaving clients with a tidy build area.
• Performing other responsibilities as outlined in the employee handbook.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Smartphone and email access.
• Internet access via mobile device.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Kneeling, bending, twisting, and lifting 40+ pounds repeatedly.
• Experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
